(Nasdaq:PLCE) today announced the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, June 26, 2009. The record date for stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be the close of business on Friday, May 1, 2009.
